Attention-deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, commonly known as ADD/ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that can occur in both children and adults. It is commonly characterized by inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. These symptoms can interfere with the individual's daily life and affect their ability to focus and stay organized.
At Levitate, we specialize in conducting comprehensive Psychiatric ADHD Evaluations.
We also utilize an industry Leading Computerized Continuous Performance Test that is FDA cleared, designed and Approved to treat and Evaluate for ADHD. The test measures the core symptoms associated with ADHD including: hyperactivity, impulsivity, inattention and distractibility. The test results are presented in a report that compares your results with a non-ADHD group of people of the same age and gender and is interpreted by a qualified provider.
Best of all, the test can be done remotely in the comfort of your home.
Testing Fee: $200
A Psychiatric Evaluation must be completed prior to taking the ADHD Test.
The ADHD Testing fee is for the administration of the computerized ADHD test and does not include the price of the Initial Psychiatric Evaluation.
Testing Fee is not currently covered or reimbursable by insurance but the Initial Psychiatric Evaluation and the Follow up visits needed may be covered by your insurance.
