We are currently serving California residents only at this time but are working on expanding.

We offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which will be used to diagnose possible mental health conditions. At the end of the evaluation, the patient and clinician will discuss the diagnosis and plan of treatment. The treatment plan may include medication and or a referral for additional support. The initial appointment will be spent reviewing your medical, family, psychosocial, and psychiatric histories and thoroughly discussing your chief complaint. An individualized treatment plan will then be established.  If possible and applicable, please bring to your appointment, any information that may help collaborate your medical history such as: recent prescription bottles, prior mental health records, current medical records, work history, academic records, etc.

Medication management visits consist of  progress monitoring, adjustments to treatment plan if warranted, a review of present symptoms and any current psychiatric/medical history that needs to be updated. Collection of labs and various referrals may also be recommended at  this time.  Only existing clients may schedule a follow-up or medication management appointment.
